Description:
Temple Judea Mizpah was in Skokie, Cook County, Illinois and has merged with Beth Emet in Evanston. These are a set of over 1800 index cards recording deaths of the relatives of synagogue members, and, in some cases, the cards include information about relatives of the deceased. Upon completion, the key information will be uploaded to the Jewish Genealogical Society of Illinois' database and the images will be viewable.

*Enter given names in lower case.
*Enter date format as MM-DD-YEAR. For example: 01-25-1975. If the year is missing, enter 0000 for the year.
*Enter the Hebrew date if the Gregorian date is unavailable.
*Enter other information in the remarks field such as names and relationships of any and all relatives of the deceased, but exclude specific addresses and phone numbers for privacy reasons. Those details will not be searchable in the final database, but will be viewable on the index card image.
